Residential Surveys

Building Survey

Historically referred to as a Structural Survey. This is the most comprehensive report often to referred to as the ‘Level 3 Building Survey Report’.

The Building Survey report is popular for larger or older properties or where alterations have been carried out to the original home.

Homebuyer Report (RICS Home Survey - Level 2 Survey and Valuation)

The Homebuyer Report, now known as a ‘Level 2 Survey and Valuation’, includes a physical inspection of the property, a report based on the inspection and a valuation which is part of the report.

Specific Defect Appraisal

If there is a specific problem or defect with the property we can inspect and/or provide advice.

Valuation Report

These are primarily carried out to establish the market value of your property and are based on a limited inspection only.

As RICS Registered Valuer’s we can provide valuations in circumstances such as ‘Help to Buy’ redemption, probate, matrimonial, IHT or circumstances where only an RICS registered valuer’s report is accepted.
